RULES OF THE ROAD

Per Beachin' Rides & Galveston City Ordinance:

Golf carts must adhere to all traffic laws just as other motor vehicles on the streets.

DRIVERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE WITH A VALID LICENSE.
Proof of VALID auto insurance will be required by every driver.
No children under the age of 12 on the rear facing seat
Car seats/boosters must be used
ALL DRIVERS MUST SIGN WAIVER AND PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR DRIVERS LICENSE.
SEATBELTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES
DO NOT DRIVE ON THE SAND/BEACH. There is no beach access in the city of Galveston.
PARKING MUST BE PAID
NO LOOSE ARTICLES HANGING OFF OF CART
DRINKING AND DRIVING NOT ALLOWED
SEATBELTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES
RENTER WILL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES
FINES OR FEES WILL BE ASSESSED FOR NOT FOLLOWING ABOVE RULES OR FOR DRIVING ON RESTRICTED STREETS
LATE FEE – SIGNER WILL BE SUBJECT TO LATE FEE
